The Art of BDorsa           

I am a professional artist living the creative life on the Carolina coast. My artwork is in private collections across the USA, Europe, Japan & Australia. I am best known for my use of color, composition and design in my art as well as my jewelry designs.

My creative obsessions include painting, pen and ink,working with metal, wire & beads, crochet, papercrafts, writing and music. I am most creatively inspired when I'm listening to music or at the beach.

I always put a little piece of "me" into everything I create. My philosophy when it comes to collecting Art is: Why buy a print when you can Own an Original? I sell mostly originals of my watercolor paintings, however occasionally I will sell prints made into cards or other items. Each piece of my jewelry is one of a kind. I love to crochet, especially amigurumi (the Japanese art of crocheting small stuffed animals and anthropomorphic creatures). I also enjoy working with various papers to make cards, tags, journals etc.
